Wow, this is a hard place to review. There were things that I loved, & things that I didn’t love. If you’re taking a late flight into NRT, or an early flight out of NRT… this hotel is probably your best option. I loved the shuttle service to, & from the hotel! The whole places is just way out dated. The buffet was really limited for breakfast. The bathrooms are from the 80’s, the bedrooms are from the 90’s. However, we were rushing in the morning, & everything from breakfast, to check where we just dropped the key, to the shuttle… went so smooth! I applaud this hotel for that! Should the place be remolded YES! Was all the staff helpful absolutely Yes! Could the hotel at least purchase better linens Yes!!! If you have to stay 1 night for an early morning flight then do it, but anymore than 24 hrs is an absolute NO!!!

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport. The free shuttle from and to the airport was great. The free shuttle can also take you to a mall nearby by and to one of the most beautiful temples in the area. The room itself was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and polite (as is the case in most of Japan). I highly recommend the Hotel Nikko Narita.

Conveniently located near the Narita airport. The hotel and restaurant staff were all friendly and attentive. The hotel is showing its age with the darker hallways and older room features. It was nice to have a convenient store and coffee shop inside the hotel too.

The staff here is happy, friendly, beautiful, and professional. Some of the aspects were a little bit confusing, but that’s only because it was my first time staying here language gap. Next time would be fairly simple. For an airport adjacent hotel, it’s top notch!

Nice quay hotel

Nice service and reasonable price. 24 hour Convenience store was also useful. Airport shuttle was very good and frequent. Air conditioners

Ok but old.

It was a little disappointing that a few hours after I arrived to my room, that it smelled like cigarette smoke all of sudden. I specifically asked for a nonsmoking room since I was with my family. Luckily, they were able to quickly accommodate and change rooms. What was super disappointing was how old the bathroom was compared to the photo in the room description. I understand that it may be an older hotel but I felt tricked thinking that I was going to have a better bathroom/tub but in reality it felt like it was straight from 1980 and never been updated.
