The staff were so lovely at reception; super helpful and very caring. The breakfast and additional amenities available, including sleepwear, was communicated to us after check-in was completed. We stayed on the 3rd floor which was pretty quiet, you couldn’t hear the busy street below. There was an ice machine and vending machine on our floor which was handy. There are lots of things within walking distance and if you wanted to go to the larger Aeon Narita Mall, the taxis are close by or there is a bus that will take you directly there. The station lockers are super handy if you have time to burn before heading off, as we did. The buffet breakfast was really tasty and lots of options. There is also free tea and a coffee machine available until late at night. We’d definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel near Narita station

This hotel is conveniently located across the street from Narita station. The room was clean, the staff very friendly, respectful, and helpful. The included breakfast had both some hot meals as well as typical western breakfast. The room was a bit small but for 1 night that we stayed there it was ok.

We spent our final night of a 2 week trip in Japan here. We choose this hotel because of its’ proximity to the airport and also to local restaurants and shops. There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but there was also nothing great about it. I can also only compare it to the other places we stayed in Japan. However, the price was good, free breakfast was ok, location was good as it was only a 7 minute walk to the train station and only 2 stops away from Narita terminal, and the room was very big. The hotel seems old and needs sprucing up, and it was noisy and you can hear everything in the hallway.

Very good value and walkable distance to the railway station linking to the Narita airport. Very nice morning view of the streets while taking the complimentary breakfast in the dining room. The scrambled eggs were better than many hotels.

Nice stay at Narita

Stayed one night at Narita before our evening flight out the next day and would recommend. We got the room for a good price with breakfast included. The hotel is located a short walk from Keisei-Narita station, is an easy walk with elevator and lift access if you have baggage. Check in on machine was straight forward, they have a drink station open till midnight and a large seating area. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was basic and dated but clean. The complimentary buffet breakfast had a really good spread with many drink choices which was a nice surprise! We left bags at reception to check out the main walking street, which was really nice relaxing end to our trip. The strip had Kyoto vibes without the crowds, and on the weekend they block car access so really nice walk. At the end you'll reach the temple which is 100% worth a visit.
