The staff were very pleasant and helpful to your needs regardless of language they understand your needs. The hotel was very well maintained, rooms were small but very neat and tidy.

Got a massage by Rina and that was the best massage of mt life. It's worth it to stay at this hotel just to be able to book her service!

Room is too small for 3 people. Breakfast is amazing even though the wait staff are not too friendly. Easy access to the airport with free shuttle. And convenient store on ground floor and onsen. Overall, really nice stay.
