I'm very pleased of staying in this hotel. I would give 5 stars, but the negative comments of others are true (old furniture at least at the rooms and stained carpets at least on the way to my room 4th floor). I went once to the 11th floor as there is a bar there and it seems a completely different decoration and higher level of luxury (dark and shiny colors). I couldn't enter at the bar as it was too early, but just by getting out of the elevator, it was like a different hotel. Anyway, the price, service, amenities, extras, for what I got were just great! The room I stayed in had what I needed (except maybe for a microwave) but there was 2 available close to the reception. The exterior, reception and lounges are really good! I particularly appreciated the shuttles (town and airport) as there where available almost each hour. Also, every time I interacted with the reception employees, each time they solved my questions or demands. I only went once to the restaurant (breakfast) and I wish I tried for lunch and used the service more times. The onsen was good and with a second entry included for the next morning. I already said it, but I want to insist that the price was really good! I paid for 9 days, what I would paid for 2 or maybe 3 days almost anywhere else! So, in general great place to stay.
