The staff was extremely rude whatever they have promised I was not able to get those amenities, also for even asking for water bottles you have to go downstairs from third floor without any lift, the curtains on the window were so small that I could see The Neighbours from other building and they can also see me which was very uncomfortable, the only thing which was good was the washroom clean and tidy Rest Not a good experience overall
