1. LOCATION

In the heart of the Porto Selvaggio Nature Reserve, just a stone’s throw from the most beautiful beaches—such as Baia di Porto Selvaggio, Punta Prosciutto, and Punta della Suina, as well as the exclusive village of Santa Caterina, lies “Kubo Seaview Luxury Retreat,” a brand-new villa beautifully restored in June 2018.

Surrounded by nature, the villa offers breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, stretching from the promontory of the village of Gallipoli all the way to Porto Cesareo. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets all year round.

A short 10-minute drive from Kubo Seaview Luxury Retreat will take you to the village of Nardò, which offers all kinds of services and amenities and is considered a jewel of Italian Baroque architecture. The beautiful and historic city of Lecce is a 30-minute drive away.

Brindisi Airport is a 50-minute drive away.
The area is renowned for its selection of restaurants, ranging from rustic trattorias to agriturismo establishments featuring delicious local Salento cuisine.

2. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Outdoor space

The entrance leads, through a large gate, into the garden and along the long path leading to the villa. The entire property is fully enclosed by a secure perimeter wall that is visually appealing and high enough to allow unobstructed sea views from every angle. The only other villa in the vicinity is hidden from view by a tall wall and lush plants and trees, ensuring complete privacy.

The outdoor area features a 14-meter-long swimming pool with sea views and an open-air shower, as well as a 3,000-square-meter garden with Mediterranean plants and a fish pond.

Scattered throughout the garden are several seating areas where you can enjoy both the sun and the shade, as well as a large dining area with a BBQ.

A light sea breeze always helps cool off the heat of the sun, which shines on Il Kubo all day long.
