The villa is well maintained both inside and out, just 250 metres from the sea and main beaches, with amenities such as bars, tobacco shops and restaurants nearby. The interior spaces include two bedrooms, an open-plan dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, two fridges and an oven, a dining/relaxation area with sofa bed and TV, and a large, bright bathroom with shower and bidet.
