Hôtel has no elevator. My room had no curtains. Mattress was uncomfortable. Staff was unfriendly, except night Porter. Only good about the hotel, It was very clean, the rooms are big and good location.

Incredible location, walk to and from train station in 3 minutes any time of the day. Street lined with cafes and restaurant and walkable to the historical riverside district with market square in 10 minutes along vibrant southern France streets. Charming older establishment well maintained. My room has very high ceiling and windows opened up to a small maintained garden that must be fabulous during Spring and Summer. No elevators but that's a good part of the charm - your friendly in-keeper will carry your luggage should you need. Can't say enough good things about the in-keeper family that makes you feel more than arriving at a home away from home. Especially the younger daughter who just "gets" it with all sort of visitors/travelers. It is definitely a lost art nowadays in managing a small hotel and this is a very few places where you can experience it for yourself.

Absolutely loved our stay. Large room, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. Great breakfast choices. Lovely hosts. Short walk to the train station and centre of town but lovely and quiet.

The hotel is within spitting distance of the train station, around the corner from a small Roman ruins site and walkable to the town's main sites. In other words, perfect location when traveling by train. Super clean room and great a/c. Not a fancy hotel, but perfect for the price and location.

Excellent location close in a quiet neighbourhood very near the station. Very good value with warm, welcoming and helpful staff. The only problem for some may be that there is no lift but the staff offered to help carry my large suitcase up the stairs for me which fortunately was unnecessary in my case. Next time I'm in Narbonne I will certainly stay here.

Very clean and charming hotel. The staff were extremely kind and pleasant and carried my suitcase up to the room. It is a one block walk from the train station, so it could not have been easier for us. Everything was clean, which is the most important thing for me. We stayed only one night and had breakfast, as we were on the way somewhere else, but I would definitely recommend Will's to someon passing through Narbonne.

This is the second time we've stayed here. The hotel is small and cozy. They dont have staff, rather, you have friends. You couldnt ask for a more relaxed atmosphere.

It's an old building, with high ceilings and a comfortable bed. The room is clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located a block from the train station and close to the historic centre of Narbonne.

The hotel is a two minute walk to the train station, and only a short walk to the old churches and shops. Large and comfortable beds. Large bathroom.

We were treated great while staying there. I made a last minute change to when we would meet for breakfast and they took care of it. We were only passing by so I can't say much about the area. The building is older so don't expect 4 or 5 star amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. It was perfect for our needs. You're also a few steps from the car rental (Enterprise), the train, and about 4 blocks from the bus station.
