Ground floor : living room (couch, TV- german and french channels) with kitchenette (4 hot plates, fridge, oven, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso Coffee maker and normal coffe maker), separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms:
2 with double beds (140x190) a shower room with a toilet.

Ten miles from the town of Narbonne, the popular family seaside resort of Narbonne-Plage has 3 miles of clean sandy beaches, a marina and sailing school. The residence "Les Mas de la Mer"" is located at the foot of the hills of la Clape and near from the new public swimming pool. Ideal for the summertime.
