Hotel was ok, great location next to train station but the area around hotel is not the nicest in Naples. I felt safe because I was with my husband. Alone or after dark …. That would have been a no. Room was clean, carpets in hallways need cleaning or updating but all in all fair price. Breakfast was good and the staff were exceptionally nice.

Very friendly staff. Helpful, considerate, very accommodating. Gabriele and Juliana were both very professional, personable, communicative and provided valuable information. They are both assets to the organization and made our stay perfect. I had only one observation in the outdoor dining area on the rooftop. The wait staff did not clean the table from the prior customers before serving me aperitivo.

The suit we were in was very spacious. We were on 3rd floor corner. Unfortunately it was a high traffic corner so a noticable level of street noise and a Friday and Saturday night. Roof Top restaurant was very good.

- Staff excellent, attentive, and welcoming - Room and hotel very clean, albeit some small inconveniences (i.e. bath plug was not lifting, glazed bathroom door not very private or soundproof and without a functioning lock) - Roof terrace is pleasant with a good atmosphere - Breakfast was delicious and varied - Easy access to main train station/hub, though area around the hotel is dirty, noisy, and often with shady-looking characters - Short walk to historical center of Naples and many decent pizzerias Overall, would recommend for the convenience and quality of the hotel.

The room was spacious and well appointed with the view on the square. The area is noisy, but the windows were pretty well soundproof. Wonderful rooftop restaurant with both indoor and outdoor sitting. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall would definitely stay again.

A very nice hotel set in a beautifully converted old building. Modern, clean with a rooftop restaurant area and large internal dining space. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room facilities were great as was the generous sized bathroom. The only downside was the location - very convenient for the central station but not the cleanest nor attractive area and some walk from the historical centre or port area.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever were to return to Napoli, but Napoli is overall, a dirty city. The hotel is conveniently located and very clean. The staff is excellent. But Dear Napoli, clean up your streets. Collect garbage more often, and cover your graffiti

The hotel is close to the train stations, ideal for visiting Pompei which is why we close it. The room was clean and very spacious with a great view over the square in front of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep due to triple glazed windows blocking the noise from the square. The public spaces were a little rundown with stained carpets in the corridors. Every one at the hotel was cheerful and helpful. We ate at the rooftop restaurant on the second night as we didn't feel safe in the streets around there in the evenings. The food and service was superb and I'm glad we tried it.

It was disappointing that we were charged for the water in our room, as we thought it was free. The hotel only provides paper cups and when we requested two glasses, we were told it would be 10€ a night. As the glasses would need to be delivered by room service. This was unbelievably as it seemed a reasonable request. And never have we been charged in any hotel to use a glass! The reception team were brilliant and really helpful with for example train information.
