A cozy, recently renovated studio apartment, perfect for two people and equipped with all the amenities. The apartment overlooks the building’s inner courtyard, making it quiet despite the lively neighborhood. It’s the ideal choice for anyone wanting to visit Naples and the surrounding area, thanks to its proximity to the Central Station, Metro Lines 1 and 2, and the Circumvesuviana, which provide easy access to all other parts of the city and destinations such as Pompeii, Sorrento, and Herculaneum. The 35-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator: PLEASE NOTE, it costs 10 cents to use it.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Small kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, mini-fridge with a small freezer compartment, moka pot, electric kettle, and microwave

- Living area with dining table, 42-inch smart TV with Netflix and Fire Stick (NO antenna), and split A/C

- Bedroom with a double bed and open wardrobe

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split-system heating, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Note: The apartment entrance is shared with the adjacent unit, which belongs to the same property.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a security camera outside the entrance, in the common area, for security reasons.



Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. This procedure allows us to verify your information and documents and to submit the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

To access this apartment, you can pick up the keys at the KeyNest pickup point at Farmacia Cozzolino & Vecchione, located at Corso Umberto I No. 393, a short distance from the apartment. You can pick up the keys on your own starting at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:00 PM.



Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



After 9:00 PM, direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

- From Naples Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Alibus shuttle service to Garibaldi Station, which is a 10-minute walk from the property.



- From Naples Central Station, the apartment is a 10-minute walk away.



- For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and is accessible by car. On-street parking is available for a fee in the blue-line zones. Alternatively, you can park at Garage Touring, located at Via Pavia 133, 200 meters from the apartment.
