We understand it is offseason, and that an overcast portion of the day can affect flow of business at the pool. But, both days spent at the hotel for our Staycation had no service/closed early due to it being ‘slow’. My group and many others were poolside in the afternoon and disappointed by this fact. The outside bartender was motivated to clean up & close by 3:00p on Saturday when the sun was finally out rather than appease to the many customers who wanted to order. Created a feeling of imposition rather than welcoming service. This is in no way a reflection of our appreciation for this hotel, as we LOVE it. Perhaps business at the pool could pick up if there was a set standard of being open/available. The current model deters future planning from the facility. This was our second consecutive staycation here with this issue which prompted written review. Again, love the hotel… Just wish the listed amenities were actually amenities.

I would give it excellent but we checked out around 9pm due to a few hours of the fire alarm going off. They had the fire department there but they were still working on the problem and we were concerned we wouldn’t be able to get a good night’s sleep.

This property was very relaxing. The room was spotless and nicely decorated. Beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. I loved the different amenities the property offers. You can spend all day onsite. They offer free sunset cruises and transportation to Barefoot Beach. The have an awesome roof top bar and restaurant with gorgeous sunset views. I loved the option of two pools One is adult only. The other has a pool par and floatable devices that make for a fun pool experience. Pool furniture was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a fresh clean aroma throughout. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Friday Saturday staff was not at all attentive or at all interested in the quality of our stay. No hot water unless willing to wait 15 minutes with water running for water to cycle to our side of the building due to extremely low occupancy and minimal water usage according to staff. Had to get replacement keys twice due to them being deactivated before checkout date. This was to be a getaway weekend and while staying here we could not wait to get away. On another note the restaurant, pools and roof top bar were amazing
