Every aspect of staying at the Inn was very special. The location to dining, shops and the beach is perfect. The hotel shuttle that provides transportation to/froma the beach along with chairs, towels and umbrellas is another special advantage of staying at the Inn.

Solo vacation

The hotel is right on 5th avenue south, plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were great and very accommodating. Jose from valet had great dining recommendations, Israel, Lisa and I believe Judy from the front desk were very helpful and exceptional. Nicole from the spa was amazing and great to talk to as was Gail the bartender server from the pool area. Overall I have no complaints about the property or the staff. I enjoyed my time there thoroughly and will definitely choose this hotel again when I travel to Naples.

I believe we could have used the club privileges ( ie happy hour inclusive) but when we checked in, personnel didn’t offer this amenity to us. Our driver, associated with the hotel, informed us.

Stayed in room 310 third floor same floor as spa and fitness room. Very nice and clean. Can use fitness 24 hours and shower and restrooms. Pool on 2nd floor very nice. Had complimentary drink. Used hotel amenities for beach and transportation service within 1-2 miles. Cars are clean and comfortable. Convenient walking to all places, shopping, boutiques and restaurants. Clean, safe, well lit and water station. Elevator fast. Staff services great and fast. Accommodate your needs. Bathroom need more hooks to hang clothes. Good shower and toilet separated by sliding door from sink. Beds a bit to high. Not enough plugs for charging. Pillows not that comfortable. Safe too close to bed, can hit on foot. No night/floor light in room. Not enough hangers for clothes. Slippers makes sqeaky noise on floor. Air conditioner blow at head board not well distribution. Good can close air vent ourselves, but then get too hot. No free breakfast, but can out to eat nearby good restaurants.
