Front desk and wait staff were excellent. Cleaning staff were somewhat unpleasant. I.e. did not greet guests in a pleasant way or just ignored guests. On whole, our stay was extremely pleasant and enjoyable.

This is a delightful place that is right in the center of everything. You can walk to numerous restaurants and lots of shops right outside the door. The beds are super comfy and the bathrooms are large with lots of counter space. There is a shuttle that goes to the beach, which takes less than one minute and they will take you and pick you up at any time as well as providing chairs and an umbrella. The pool area is perfect and there were always chairs available. This was our first time in Naples and we will definitely go back and would stay at the end on fifth again in a heartbeat!

The water faucet in the sink wouldn’t shut off a stream of water (not a leak, like running water) all night long. I let staff know at 3pm. I got back to my room at midnight and it still wasn’t fixed. Tried to sleep through it all night (with limited success).

This was described as a boutique hotel. It is dated and hasn't been updated since the '90s, with a 90s contemporary style of artwork, flooring and decor. The rooms are tiled so bring slippers or you're walking on cold tile. There's no magnifying mirror in the bathroom, no mini bar, the gift shop is minuscule, the size of a closet.. My room overlooked the parking garage. Check in is 4 pm. I was told I'd get a text when my room is ready, waited and by 4:00 I went to the front desk and asked why I didn't get a text even though it was obvious my room had been ready for a while. The staff is friendly and the place is clean but the only good thing about this hotel is the location.
