The hostess was very gracious, kind, and welcoming. She gave us many ideas of places to see. I stayed here in December of 2024. I made sure to stay here because of location and the good experience I had on my first trip. I recommend 5 Rooms because it's always a pleasure to stay here.

The Five Rooms is ideally located to see the top sights that Naples has to offer. Spent 3 nights in a very comfortable room. The hotel is clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. Recommended.

The hotel is very nice and clean with a great terrace overlooking the city. We had a slight difficult time finding the hotel. It would have been nice to know that 1) you need to buzz an intercom outside upon arrival. 2) you need to take a very tiny old elevator up to 4th floor. There are five steps 2x to get to elevator. Once we sorted all that out we were happy with everything.

This property is located in the Central Station area which was sketchy - dirty, homelessness and felt unsafe. however the moment we arrived and the host let us in, it was bliss. Property is beautiful, well kept & very secure. I appreciate those extra safety measures as the exterior area didn't feel very safe. Host was attentive and available. Overall value was A, but I don't think I would choose that area again to stay

Brilliant value for money - clean, spacious room, huge roof top with view (ok, the area is ‘gritty’ but then most areas around train stations in Italy are like this), helpful staff. Very basic breakfast but it’s not pretending to be upscale! Easy walk to the Centro historico. Well priced steak house / burger restaurant literally around the corner serving delicious food (Il Piastrato).
