The location is excellent and is the hotel's main advantage. However, I would not describe it as a boutique hotel. It feels much more like a basic bed-and-breakfast, except that no breakfast is served. The room was simple and the bathroom was of a standard I would expect from a budget Airbnb rather than a boutique hotel. Sound insulation was also poor, and noise from neighboring rooms was clearly noticeable. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

The property was perfect if you want to be based in the centre of Naples. Everything would have been perfect but there's a stench in the room, and there doesn't appear to have an extraction fan in the bathroom which affects the whole room with the smell. Apart from this the rest is as described.

Great place to stay

Great room and in a great spot on the very busy Via Toledo with the Quartieri Spagnoli on the doorstep! Just a 15 minute (uphill) walk from the port and the welcome was very friendly. It is on the 5th floor of a building so we were slightly confused when we first got there until we found the right lift to use. Overall a great place to stay for a few nights in Naples.
