5 minute walk to Naples airport ... comfortable bed, scrupulously clean accomodations. Uses airport theme throughout which is fun (trash can in breakfast room looks like an aircraft serving cart). Considering it is close to airport it is surprisingly quiet; and the airport slows down after 2300.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this property. I wanted something close to the Naples airport to accommodate our 6 AM departure. I was hesitant about the neighborhood, because it’s a mix of residential and commercial, but not to worry. Even the front gate was freshly painted and the directions of how to enter the property were perfect. It was quiet at night, and the breakfast area looked great, even though we left too early to use it. If you need a place close to the Naples airport, don’t hesitate. Oh, our only downside, on a Sunday evening, there’s almost nowhere to eat, other than the airport.

I thought I already did a review, but I'll do it again. Pros: VERY convenient location to airport; easy to access room; clean; fun decor; very roomy; nice to have microwave & mini-frig; roomy shower; hairdryer Cons: Lots of street & airport noise; low ceiling in loft; narrow steps & difficult handrail to hold onto; need towel rack & hooks in bathroom; need higher holder for shower handle in shower; shampoo dispenser not working well.

We loved the airport theme of this property and the walking distance to the airport. We absolutely did not expect this area of Naples to be so dirty. While it felt like there was a potential for the area to be unsafe, we did not experience anything negative during our stay. The walls were quite scuffed up and dirty, but I’m guessing they get a lot of people there for just one night before their flight. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Checking and checkout were easy and there was good communication from the staff.

Terminal1 Guesthouse was a great choice; clean, comfortable, and especially convenient. Even though there was no staff on the premises, help was always just a phone call away. But we did not need help and everything went smoothly. This property is a very short walking distince to the airport terminal. A great choice!

While the hotel was conveniently close - walking distance from airport - very clean and easy to check into - there was road construction that started at midnight right outside. For a place that you book for one nights quick sleep before a flight this rendered the hotel useless.

This property was perfect for a night stay to be close to the Naples Airport for an early morning flight. It was clean, easy to get in and out of and convenient. My only complaint was it was a bit noisy, there was a lot of light coming into the room, and there was no extra security lock when you were inside the room.
