The location is perfect, only a few minutes to all that beautiful Naples has to offer, 5th Avenue, the Pier, white sand Beaches, award winning Restaurants, the trendy Mercato plaza, movie theaters and delightful shops to browse.

Quiet 24-7 Gated Community, which has two heated pools (resort & lap pools), tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, soccer field, as well as a children’s play area.

Our home has a spacious open floor plan designed to comfortably accommodate 6 guests, fully furnished with all the comforts of home including a full kitchen, living room with high ceilings, large flat screen TV, with sliding doors that open up to the lanai and pool area. Dining area with seating for six.

There is a King size bed in the Master suite including a flat screen TV and access to the pool, private bath, duel sinks, a soaking tub and large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with flat screen TV, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds with a flat screen TV as well. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with a Tub/shower combination. The laundry room has a washer and dryer and needed laundry supplies. The lanai is furnished with five comfortable lounges. Grill a delicious steak on the BBQ and enjoy your meal at the patio table that seats 6 under the covered patio area.

Comfortable convenient house in Naples

Gated centrally located house with pool. Split bedrooms with primary on one side and guest bedrooms on the other side. Plenty of room and nice pool and patio.

Great property and owner.

Cannot fault this property or owner. Have been coming to Briarwood for many years now and stayed in a variety of properties all of which have been excellent and this one is no exception. It is clean, modern and has all the necessary facilities and requirements for a relaxing holiday. We arrived on the Saturday after hurricane Ian hit. We were concerned about travelling and what we might find upon arrival. Maxime kept us informed with regular updates and because of that we decided to travel and thankfully we did as we had a wonderful time. So thank you Maxime. As far as the property is concerned cannot fault it. Clean and spacious, the bathrooms have just been remodelled by Maxime. I honestly cannot fault it. Suffice to say we will be returning in two years and will definitely seek to rent this property.

Beautiful house, great getaway!

My husband and I just returned from a relaxing week at this lovely property. The house is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and has just about every amenity you can imagine. The pool was wonderful and we loved having the use of the bicycles! Max was very helpful, check-in and check-out were a breeze. The only minor issue was that the internet had some slow moments which may have just been a glitch. We would not hesitate to rent this beautiful house on our next visit to Naples.

Wonderful vacation here!

A very relaxing 2 weeks!!!

Everything about the property was perfect for us. We just wanted to relax by the pool and it was great. We did go to the beach a couple of times-very short drive. Plenty of places nearby to shop and dine. Maxine responded very quickly when we had a question. We would definitely recomend this beautiful home!!!

Wonderful stay in Naples

The house was very beautiful and spacious and felt like a home away from home. The outside area was large with plenty of lounge chairs and a table for relaxing in the warm January sun. We enjoyed the pool for hours every day and because it was heated it made swimming all the more inviting. Our group also loved the the property was only minutes from downtown Naples and the beaches.

Sunside House

We had a wonderful time at Sunside House while we vacationed in Naples. The home was beautiful! We especially enjoyed the pool and covered lanai area. We needed to contact the owner on 2 occasions for minor questions and Maxime responded immediately. The home is equipped with beach chairs and towels which made it easier to enjoy our time at the beach. We found a great Mexican restaurant, Tacos and Tequila Cantina, only about 10 minutes away. My family would definitely book this home if we vacation in Naples again!

Charming Naples Visit

My visiting family of 4 adults shared a delightful week at this property...pool was warm in November so we swam each day with blow up Shamu. Lots of room for us all as bedrooms are split on either side of large family room. My son used the fishing poles and my sister found a charming breakfast table to do her jigsaw puzzles. Refrigerator is huge and kept all our food for Thanksgiving very fresh...truly a wonderful rental property and we hope to use it again.
