This luxurious condominium offers two spacious bedrooms. The second bedroom features a queen-size four-poster bed, dual nightstands with lamps, and a desk with a chair. A full-size air mattress is available for additional guests. Two full bathrooms are available: one ensuite with a shower, and a second with dual sinks, a shower, and a tub, conveniently located near the second bedroom. Enjoy three TVs located in the family room, loft, and master bedroom. Dining options include three chairs at the kitchen counter and a glass-topped dining table seating three (or six with additional chairs from the kitchen counter). The kitchen features white quartz countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, a light green glass backsplash, and a decorative ceiling with exposed wood beams. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use. One covered carport space is included, with additional unassigned guest parking available in the community. Relax by the community pool, spa, and pool deck, complete with chairs, located conveniently behind the building.

This reservation is subject to the completion of a lease agreement and HOA application, both of which must be approved prior to move-in. Please note that a $150 HOA application fee is required and must be paid separately from this reservation.

HOA approval may take up to 30 days, so please plan accordingly. Access to the property cannot be granted until both HOA approval is received and the second payment is completed—no exceptions.
