The room had everything we needed, including A/C and a working bathroom. The bed was comfortable, too. The staff was friendly and helpful. They let us leave our luggage at the hotel before and after checking in/out. The only downside was that the location was slightly unsafe at night, but it was also a 4-minute walk from the station, which was very convenient. Overall, an affordable stay.

A lovely room but with a small dated bathroom. Fixtures in my shower were damaged and the shower is quite tight for the husky gent. Staff were pleasant at all times. Not suitable for people with mobility challenges. Close access to the main train station and Metro too.

No lift, had to get heavy suitcases up and down stairs, which was very difficult. No offer of help. My room door: couldn’t lock it… reception told me it wasn’t openable from the outside, but I wasn’t convinced so had to put a table and chair against the door for security. Nowhere to make a cup of tea in the room or even make or buy one anywhere on the premises. Grim place - walls brown and orange and tatty. Bedding and towels very clean thankfully. Only chose because it is very close to the station, which was practical.

The area was very rough but the room was clean and well kept. Bathroom very small shower even more so. But if just there for the night everything is clean and nice within the hotel. The surrounding area could use cleaning up.

Great spot near the train station. Very clean. A little noisy in the surrounding neighborhood but everything calmed down at night. Definitely will stay here again.

Personal sehr nett. Zimmer sehr alt und das Bad hat sehr unangenehm gerochen (was leider in Neapel öfter vorkommt). Vieles im Zimmer und Bad ist kaputt. Unser Doppelbett bestand aus zwei einzelbetten, die bei jeder Bewegung verrutscht sind. Leider mussten wir jeden Tag nach Toilettenpapier fragen. Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt, nur das Bett gemacht. Aber für ein paar Tage war es ok. Für Zustand ist das Zimmer nicht wirklich günstig. Ob ich nochmal hier her komme, weiß ich nicht. Die Lage am Bahnhof ist super. Auch habe ich mich überhaupt nicht unwohl gefühlt dort.

Filtri aria condizionata sporchi , la parte purtroppo più scadente è stato il materasso infossato e rumoroso mal di schiena e dolori il giorno dopo, lo scarico della doccia poco funzionante….. Essendo un posto vicino alla stazione ci sta per una notte….. ma basterebbe poco per arrivare ad una buonissima valutazione…..

Il y avait juste un petit point qui n'a pas été fait c'est le lit le premier soir. Aussi c'est un quartier de la gare qui est un petit peu dangereux avec des personnes.
