Room was fine, housekeeping lady was great. Dining choices are few, Had a terrible experience eating at the Noodle Bar, our waiter needed alot more training, we sat 20 minutes before ever being acknowledged, food came out slow, he never came back to ask if we needed anything else, he screwed up our checks (we were a table of 4), all n all not a good experience. We were never contacted by a manager yet to further discuss. Waiter received a -0- tip!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However, there was some noise from the second floor and pillows were too soft. When I asked at the front desk for a firmer pillow they didn’t have any. I must also add that the front desk allowed me and my family to checkout at a later time because I was going to attend a wedding ceremony at 2PM.
Why hotels provide soft pillows for their guests which always ruins my night when a firmer pillow could make a big difference in my sleep?
