In the heart of the Quartieri Spagnoli, on Vico Giardinetto off the main Via Toledo, a 120-square-meter apartment with 9 beds, all in the bedrooms, recently renovated with air conditioning and heating in every room. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small living area, and a furnished balcony. Just a stone’s throw away from Metro Line 1, the Central Funicular, and the Cumana railway; the port is right downstairs for easy trips to Ischia, Capri, and Procida. Across the street are connections to the archaeological sites of Pompeii andHerculaneum, and Molo Beverello for trips to Sorrento, Amalfi, and Positano, all just 10 minutes away. Nearby (5 minutes), heading right from Via Toledo, you’ll find Galleria Umberto, Piazza Municipio, Teatro S. Carlo, Piazza Plebiscito, Palazzo Reale, Via Chiaia with its prestigious shops and Lungomare Caracciolo (restaurants, pizzerias, bars); heading left for 10 minutes: Piazza del Gesù' Santa Chiara, Piazza San Domenico Maggiore, the Veiled Christ, Spaccanapoli, the Duomo, etc. With its central and strategic location, the apartment will allow you to spend your days exploring the historic center and your evenings—if you wish—in the SPANISH QUARTERS in the area, featuring pizzerias, restaurants, fry shops, take-away, traditional shops, markets, bars, and sprizzeria spots for all ages, with live music all night long. The city’s public beach is a 15–20-minute walk away, and along the promenade you can visit the Galleria Umberto, the Teatro San Carlo, Piazza Plebiscito, and all the way to the waterfront, where you’ll find the splendid Castel dell’Ovo and a view of Vesuvius—perfect for taking stunning photos—until you reach the beach, which features sand, showers, and restrooms, all free of charge. The house offers everything you need, all top-quality: sheets, down comforters, blankets, quilts, shower towels, andface towels, and hygiene products. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge and pantry, has everything you need for your basic necessities without any hassle. Upon arrival, there are some stairs to climb, but we’ll help you with your luggage free of charge. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, whenever you’d like (I live in the area)—with the option to drop off your luggage as early as 8:00 a.m., which will then be waiting for you in the house by 3:00 p.m. —check-out by 10:00 a.m., with the option to leave your luggage for free for as long as you’d like. Airport transfers are available via a partnered 9-seat taxi upon request to wherever you’d like to go. In short, La Casa di Sarah awaits you in the heart of the SPANISH QUARTERS.
