Residenza Capano Charming Apartment is a large apartment of more than 110 m², located inside Palazzo Capano, one of the historic buildings that tell the story of noble Naples and the architectural heritage of the ancient center. The apartment is located in Salita Tarsia, a slightly sloping but easy to walk road, in an extremely central position. Nearby (about 200 m away) are Via Toledo, Port'Alba, the historic center and the stops of both subways, the Montesanto funicular and the Cumana railway. To facilitate walking, it is also possible to use the elevator in Via Ventaglieri, which is particularly convenient to reach the area more easily. The building The apartment is located on the second main floor of a historic building and access requires about two and a half floors of stairs, without an elevator.
The House retains the charm of historic Naples, with wooden ceilings, terracotta floors and ancient Neapolitan riggiole, combined with classic furnishings and more modern and functional solutions. It offers large and articulated spaces with various accommodation solutions, each independent of the other; it has two full bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. The living area consists of a 35 sqm living room, with ceilings over 5 m., including a living room with TV area (Prime subscription included) and dining area. One of the rooms is characterized by large windows and a small balcony surmounted by arches and wooden ceilings.
