Your Naples adventure begins at this 2-bedroom condo. Inside, you'll find comfortable sleeping for 4 including a new adjustable king bed! And a full air mattress, perfect for a comfortable stay. The property boasts a beautiful lanai to enjoy coffee or evening drinks, over looking a lake in the quiet and peaceful Deauville Lake Club community- all of the need essentials are supplied for your convenience. Monthly rental only, no smoking or pets. Association application and fee required. 20 min to beach and or Marco. We hope you enjoy what our place and Naples has to offer. Please call me at 773-447-0716 to talk about monthly rental from 0 to 5 months available off-season ( May, June, July , August, Sept , October) rental $2800/ month then in season rental increases (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb , March and April) to $3800/ month. All taxes, and utilities included. Deposit and association application fee required at time of booking.
