Nightmarish to find and check in. Staff wasn’t there at agreed time. Another guest opened first of three gates/doors and let me in. Nobody was there, but sign stated that sign-in was 20min walk away, so off I went. Of course the main office was closed for a 3hr lunch. After ringing the bell for 20min, a man returned, opened the door, pointed to the “closed hours” sign, went inside and closed the door. Walked to cafe for wifi to call the office, …and was told same thing - “closed”. After he argued that I had not shown up on time (1230pm was agreed, 1229pm was when I arrived, after 5hr early morning travel to accommodate their requested schedule), he called someone to meet me outside in 20 minutes, which was the walk back to the lodging, but only after I told him I’d cancel the 7 nights booking, reverse charges, find another spot, and post a review. Frustrating waste of 2.5hrs running around Naples. To make matters worse, the only tour, to the Amalfi coast, that I booked while seven weeks in Italy drove right by me, standing in the street, because they couldn’t find the lodging. Skip this one.

Buenas y tranquila estancia

La estancia fue bien, me recibieron antes incluso del check-in previsto. Es un poco lioso llegar porque se debería indicar que son habitaciones dentro de un edificio en la 3a planta. La recepcionista muy servicial, lo único que en la reserva ponía que se cambiaban toallas y sábanas cada dos días y no fue así, eso lo deberían de mejorar. Por lo demás todo bien, habitación amplia y cómoda, sin ruidos.
