I forkant prøvde jeg ved flere anledninger å få kontankt med hotellet, ingen resepons. Check in rutinen var veldig digitalisert, dette kan virkelig bli en utfordring for eldre. Beliggenheten i forhold til serverdigheter var bra, men bygget og plasseringen var ikke bra. Det var veldig skumle gater rett utfor døren, mange som stod å skrek, en annen ble slått ned. Rommene var helt ok, på det ene rommet klarte vi ikke å låse vinduet. Spurte resepsjonen om hjelp til å reservere en taxi til dagen etterpå til flyplass, men det kunne de ikke gjøre. Så all in all, greit nok.
