Two tennis courts that are converted into 4 pickleball courts, on a rotating basis, for your enjoyment. All new appliances throughout and with full size washer and dryer that are located in an enclosed space on the lanai. Includes all utilities and wireless WiFi. Very quiet and peaceful location with public access beaches, shopping and many delightful restaurants just 2 miles over the bridge on Marco Island, Downtown Naples is a 20-minute drive. Designated parking spot with guest parking also available. Public driving range 2 miles away.
