The home was welcoming and fit perfectly what we needed being a 3 bed, 2 bath. Florida was having an unusual cold snap and on the day after our arrival we found the pool heater was not working. The management company was quick to respond and in the meantime gave us access to another heated pool until ours was fixed. A week in and the washing machine quit working. A repairman came out and the replacement part would take awhile. Instead of making us wait, a new machine was installed the next day. The management company was excellent in their communication and the owner of the home generously compensated us for the inconvenience. Though we had some hiccups. We would book again.
