The house is new, well-maintained, clean, comfortable, beautiful, in central location in Old Naples. The description was very accurate - 3 nice size bedrooms with 2 large full baths, 1 powder room, and outdoor shower.. Very spacious living/dining area with high ceiling - perfect for our tall adults to feel they have a lot of space. Kitchen and breakfast area had everything needed. Furniture, carpeting/rugs, and beds all comfortable and clean, new.Lots of bikes were in garage but not needed - we had our own. The pool was lovely. But we had a 2 year old and a 1 year old - the owner provided a flexible "fence" to protect small children, but we instead gated top of 5 steep steps down to pool to keep kids safe. Pool - Liked the steps at one end and shallow area at other end. The hosts were accessible by text message, although we had to consider 6 hour time difference since they are in Sweden, but communication was limited and worked out fine. It was a very good experience, and we would highly recommend this rental home. The location - it does not get better than this in Naples! Across the street from the park with tennis courts, and playground, 6 blocks to beach, 1-2 blocks to a ton of restaurants. Quiet and relaxing, yet in the middle of it all. We hope we can do this again next year!
