I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

The hotel is in excellent location, in heart of the city center, walk to everywhere, bus and subway. The breakfast is great, Adriana, the lady works preparing food, is fantastic, she got things ready in early morning. We usually got to the breakfast room very early and she already placed things out nicely. A big help to our schedule, two thumbs up, thank you Adriana !!

Wonderful property! Conveniently located near Via Toledo which is a main connector for dining options and shopping. Our room was spacious with high ceiling and comfortable beds. WE travelled with our 12 year old daughter and this was her first international experience- and she loved it! The staff are amazing. The breakfast was incredible. We were greeted with a friendly smile every morning. Highly recommend this hotel! In fact all of the people we met in Napoli were generous and kind.

Excellent place to stay for a young family

Great place to stay for a young family. Right in centre of town, spacious Suite room accommodated us well. We have two kids aged 6 and 4 and they shared the double sofa bed, no problem. Thank you Napoli Class and for looking after the koala teddy who accidentally got left behind.

We got there at a bit of a late hour in the day and the young lady at the reception was there to check us in. She was very nice and showed us to our room. The only unfortunate thing is that we only had one night to stay at the hotel. We did try and stay an extra day, but unfortunately they were booked up. We would definitely stay there again. It was very very nice. We will be sure to stay there next time we are in Naples.
