We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view from the balcony and the bed was huge. The location cannot be beat, right in the middle of all the action with all the places we wanted to visit easily walkable. For those venturing further afield, the metro was a two minute walk down the street.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

The hotel is in excellent location, in heart of the city center, walk to everywhere, bus and subway. The breakfast is great, Adriana, the lady works preparing food, is fantastic, she got things ready in early morning. We usually got to the breakfast room very early and she already placed things out nicely. A big help to our schedule, two thumbs up, thank you Adriana !!

Perfect location, magnificent room, excellent air conditioning, shower room with toilet and bidet, impeccable housekeeping, in-room safe. Secure luggage storage if needede. The balcony is extremely shallow—essentially unusable—and sewage odors frequently waft into the room (this seems to be a widespread issue across Naples). The breakfast area on the 5th floor (under the eaves) is stiflingly hot; the selection is adequate but limited. It is a modern-style hotel: there is no lobby, and staff are present at the reception only during office hours; however, late arrivals are well-managed via access codes. Check-in is after 5:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM (though an 11:00 AM checkout is possible if you insist), this is a hidden cost of at least half a day. The council tax must be paid in cash upon arrival. The service staff is perfect; the reception staff is hit-or-miss, but still acceptable.
