Tucked into a peaceful cove, you can enjoy quiet mornings by the water while still being just around the corner from the famous Sebago sandbar — a popular spot for relaxing, swimming, and soaking up the sun in shallow, sandy water. With two private docks that can accommodate boats from 20’ to 30’, you’ll have easy access to Sebago’s 30,000 acres of open water for cruising, fishing, and exploring. Two kayaks and two paddleboards are also provided for laid-back adventures.

Inside, thoughtful updates blend modern comfort with classic lakeside charm. Unwind on the cozy screened porch, gather on the spacious deck, or head down through the walkout basement to the large yard — perfect for lawn games and family time.

Whether you're boating all day or simply enjoying the peaceful Maine scenery, this home is the ideal place to make lasting summer memories in the beautiful Sebago Lake Region.

Location is perfect for anyone with a boat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything is the house is brand new and well thought out. The location is one lot over from the private boat launch and minutes to the Sandbar at the bottom of the Songo. It's just perfect.
