The owners are easy to reach. They went over and beyond in helping us with our itinerary. The location is easy to access via train and taxi. Our room was kept clean everyday - we stayed for 6 nights. Beddings are very comfortable. Free breakfast a plus! Highly recommended!

It is described as 'Hot Springs Hotel' but is a room and bathroom in a block of flats. Its on 4th Floor, lift was not working. We are in our late 60's and my husband had to carry 2 suitcases up to those 4 floors. I would have expected the host to be there to help us. The free breakfast says 'food cooked to order'. This is not on site but a cafe on the street near to the flats. Breakfast is a large pastry and a drink. Food cooked to order????

Die Unterkunft ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Sie ist sehr sauber und es wird jeden Tag geputzt. Es gibt auch jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ist optimal. Das Frühstück nimmt man in einem kleinen Cafe nebenan ein. Es gibt einen Kaffee oder Tee und ein Stück Süßgebäck, was für uns nicht optimal war. Ansonsten war alles super.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen

Das Zimmer war ein wenig klein. Das Haus liegt direkt hinter dem Bahnhof und ist sehr günstig gelgen, wenn man nach Herkulaneum oder Pompeji möchte. Der Service war sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen.

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Garibaldi Station und ist von dort aus alles erreichbar mit der Metro oder Zug. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sehr sauber und der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und geht auf jede Wünsche ein. Ist nur zum empfehlen.

Also grundsätzlich kann ich die Unterkunft nur empfehlen - sieht Top aus, In der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof (somit auch vom Flughafenbus) und vielen anderen Buslinien, sowie U-Bahn. Freundlicher Empfang, sehr hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar (da kein Hotel) Nicola u Pasquale sind echt nette Gastgeber - großes Lob. Sehr hilfsbereit, geben für alles eine Hilfestellung. Können einem auch in die Unterkunft lassen, obwohl sie garnicht anwesend sind. Zimmer sieht genauso wie auf den Bildern aus. Die Gegend ist dafür nicht gerade einladend ... Frühstück gibts im Kaffeehaus ums Eck. Auch dort ist man echt freundlich gewesen. Wäre Neapel nicht eine so schmutzige Stadt, würde ich jederzeit wieder kommen und hier übernachten, aber so hat es mich schon eher abgeschreckt, so bald hierher zu reisen - aber dafür kann ja die Unterkunt nichts. Die ist wie gesagt nur zu empfehlen !!!
