My Home Carlo III Square

A comfortable apartment that sleeps up to 4 people, located in a historic building in Naples. Situated in a strategic location, not far from the city’s main tourist attractions, it allows you to experience Neapolitan history and culture as you stroll to the sites of interest. Just 140 meters away is the Carlo Fuga bus stop, which makes getting around the city even easier. In addition, its proximity to the Botanical Garden offers a rare opportunity to enjoy tranquility and greenery.



The 65-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator: you must climb the stairs to access it.



PLEASE NOTE: Bedroom II is a loft, and access is through Bedroom I; therefore, the only separation between the two rooms is the staircase.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, toaster, electric kettle, and conventional oven

- Living area with a dining table, sofa bed, smart TV, and split A/C

- Bedroom I with a double bed and split-system A/C
