This recently renovated apartment opens onto a spacious entryway that leads into the living room, where there is a comfortable double sofa bed facing a 55-inch smart TV. Next are two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, each equipped with all necessary fixtures and showers, followed by a kitchen-dining area with an extendable table, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, pod coffee maker, and all essential kitchenware. The kitchen has a small balcony, while all other rooms have windows. The apartment is very bright. All rooms, except for the kitchen and bathrooms, are equipped with dual-zone air conditioning, and throughout the apartment, our guests can enjoy independent heating and free Wi-Fi.The apartment is located in a private park with 24-hour security, on the first floor of a building equipped with an elevator and free of architectural barriers. There is also the option to park one car in a reserved spot. For a second car, there is a partner garage available for a fee. Check-in times are flexible depending on reservations.
