For future families considering staying at this home, we were not informed before arriving at the home about further charges. We had room for 6 according to the listing, however we had family members visit and we were asked for an upcharge for each visitor per night they stayed with us. We did not go over the allotted number of 6. VRBO told me there can be a charge for guests determined by owner, however, we should have been notified when booking. The pool was not warm enough for us to enjoy and were asked for an up charge in order for the pool to be 88 degrees. We were also asked by the owners to pay them directly, however, I have contacted VRBO and was told any transactions should be paid through VRBO.
