Luxurious Fully Equipped Condo, Minutes From Beach!

Luxury Condominium located in Winter Park Naples, Florida .Located on the second floor. This two Bedroom 2 bath has a Master suite with a King bed , walk in closet, granite countertop. Guest Bedroom has two twin beds, adjacent to bathroom with granite countertop.
Outdoors boasts an oversized Olympic pool with tennis courts, clubhouse, library, Pickleball and Bocce ball Court. The Condo is all within minutes to Famous 5th Ave and 3rd Ave. Shops Restaurants and Naples Beach.

This Non Smoking Unit has beautiful vaulted ceilings, eat in fully equipped ,washer and dryer in unit, central air and ceiling fans, wireless WIFI and 2 flat screen TV's.. The unit was newly furnished this September 2019 .


Activities!: When we visit the condo we pack lots of sunscreen along with our rollerblades as the property has newly paved running walking or bike trails. We are close to numerous beaches but our fav is Barefoot Beach.It has the most beautiful shells and nature trails and of coarse the Zoo!

If you like Golf there are several good courses to choose from within walking distance.

Food: We love to eat so here are a few of our choices, True Lux is our Favorite but we aren't the only ones who love this restaurant so call ahead to book or your in for a wait.
In downtown Naples we love Yabbas for fresh fish, sit outside the people watching view is unbeatable, then stroll down a few stores for an Ice cream and continue down 5th to shop.

Handsome Harry's is also a favorite for live music and dancing on 3rd.
Turtle Beach club is a local favorite as they have live music outside on Sundays.

Beaches!: There are many to choose from in Naples. Our favorite is Barefoot beach and is about 30 min away. The Vanderbilt beach is also great to shell on.

Very nice unit in an awesome community

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool is like a resort, a good group of pickleball players, and friendly residents. I definitely recommend this property for a Naples getaway.

Condo was very nice,naples is a great place to visit in the winter,weather is always great and the beaches are beautiful.lots of fun things to do or just relax by the beautiful pool.winterpark is more for retired snowbirds that want a quite getaway.

Good value for money and good location

Large well stocked condominium in a great location close to downtown Naples and beaches and main roads. Overall very clean but a bit dated . Very nice pool area and friendly neighbors. A lovely place for people in their senior years to enjoy.

Great property, good people

Very nice property. The buildings were built in the late 80’s but very well maintained. The pool is as good as any in the area and our unit was great. The people in residence at this complex are an older crowd but everyone was very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. Tennis, pickle ball and Bocce for those who want to play. We had a great time and met some nice people. No issues with our unit. Everything went very smoothly.

Surprisingly Nice

An unexpected extended trip to Naples gave us the opportunity to enjoy this rental. Clean, well furnished and easy access to georgous pool area. Close to great restaurant options - especially Handsome Harry's. Hope to return! j
