Spacious house with enclosed pool villa and a 12 minute drive to the beach.

Rental has everything your family and friends want to cook out, grill out or hang out. Located within a gated community provides privacy to enjoy the pool villa facing west, overlooking the lake and sunset. Split floor-plan with separate pool access allows ease for a multi-family rental.

Master bedroom has attached bath with walk-in shower and bathtub. On the opposite end of the house there are two more bedrooms (one with a full bed and one with two twin beds) with a bathroom in between. A sliding door separates the rooms from the rest of the house. Sliding doors in the living room allow open airflow from living room to patio. Kitchen has full amenities and house has multiple tables to enjoy your meals in the dining room, at the kitchen table or the breakfast nook on the patio. Washer/dryer located off the kitchen. Garage has two guest parking spaces available. Rental is only a short drive to the beach, shopping & dining in downtown Naples as well as some of the best golf courses. Perfect for a family vacation or trip with friends.

Wonderful House to Rent

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was maintained well and there was plenty of beach gear that could be used. The pool was perfect and we spent a lot of time in it. The location of the home was excellent, we were able to get to the beaches and to 5th ave within 10-12 minutes. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

House was clean and very comfortable.kitchen needed some non stick pans which we purchased .tv very hard to use and not a good picture.ran out of Kleenex on the second day as well as paper towels.outdoor area very nice.beds comfortable.good water pressure when showering. Overall very nice and I would stay there again

Wonderful

It’s really a great place. Nice, clean, we enjoyed very much the pool. Exactly as showed in ad. Nice condo. Only issue, since Naples is very hot in September, the air conditioning could be better, but not a big deal. I strongly recommend this house.
