Arrived to check in at 5:00 PM and no one was at the desk, waited 30 minutes before someone arrived. Room was spacious yet was not thoroughly cleaned, found dust and body hair at multiple places of the room. TV didn't work, would often freeze when trying to change the channel or use Netflix option. Continental breakfast was very unsanitary, needs more workers to regularly clean and sanitize the area after the guests.

Our room was musty smelling and everything we touched felt damp. Missing in our room was a table or desk with a chair. The whole property was rundown and needed to be redone. They also have a problem with homeless camped in their trees and bushes. When it rains the homeless camp at the front of the hotel. Short on front staff and some of the staff were rude.

Breakfast menu had numerous choices, could have use wholewheat bread. Our room was very comfortable. Could have used hooks to hang wet towels after using and a night light for the bathroom instead of putting on the light and fan in the middle of the night .
