IT WAS RAINING ALL WEEKEND SO WE DECIDED TO RENT AN EXTRA DAY FROM MONDAY AND CHEK OUT TUESDAY MORNING, OCTOBER 7. ONCE TRIP WAS OVER, WE NOTICE THEY CHARGED US ITEMS MY GIRLFRIEND AND I NEVER BOUGHT OR TOOK. TOOKS US 4 DAYS FOR SOMEONE IN THE MANAGER'S OFFICE TO HELP US WITH THESE CHARGES. I CAN NOT BELIEVE NO ONE WANTED TO HELP US OR EVEN TAKE A LOOK AT THESE CHARGES THAT WE NEVER ADDED TO OUR ROOM IN THE FIRST PLACE. THIS IS OUR 3 TIME AND LAST TIME EVER STAYING IN INN OF NAPLES TO BE HONEST. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, HORRIBLE CUSTMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST. DO NOT CHARGE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY DID NOT BUY AND REFUSE TO HELP THEM.

Amazing staff

Your staff is amazing 100% amazing! There was an issue with the room we had and I went down to address it with the staff and they immediately offered me a different room. They go above and beyond when you see the staff interacting with the guest sitting and talking to this one family with two kids and playing games. Everyone seemed to be having such a great time. She looked over as we left and said goodbye with the biggest smile on her face. You’re staff is over the top. Your rooms are a little damp though and the A/C units definitely need something. I live in Naples so I know being that close to the water it’s like that with humidity. But the carpet felt damp along with the bed spread. My close felt damp too. Some kind of dehumidifier maybe. As for my view it didn’t matter I had a balcony and could enjoy a cool night with an amazing breeze and no bugs for a change. It was perfect. I will go back again definitely but because of the staff oh and the food is pretty good too. Thank you for having such an amazing family over there.
