Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
Appartamento in condizioni terribili. Muffa è forte odore di chiuso già all’entrata. 4 sedie anziché 5. Non erano presenti i cuscini sui letti, che non ci hanno portato nonostante al check in fosse stato segnalato. Porta asciugamani rotto. Mancanza di acqua (un rigagnolo). La cosa più terribile è stata dopo la doccia che perdeva acqua la quale è finita nelle prese della corrente e siamo rimasti senza corrente per una giornata intera (un giorno su due di soggiorno) senza assistenza minima da parte di nessuno. Hanno risolto il problema: il giorno dopo il nostro check out. Non ci hanno mandato assistenza la sera che è successo. Da dimenticare. Posizione però eccellente. Ottimo hotels.com che ci ha rimborsato totalmente una notte su due per il grande disagio.
