Overall the stay was good! The location and breakfast provided were superb. The property was clean and quiet but it was very inconvenient having to walk through the public hall to get to the bathroom. Communication and staffing was a bit rough as well. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived and although we were told it would be fixed same day, it was never replaced.

The Chiatiello

The location of the B & B was key - the metro and funicular railway links to the historic city centre are first class. The local amenities and facilities are first class i.e. one has virtually everything available on the door step.; The owner was very welcoming and charming. I enjoyed a trily fantastic break. I shall return in September. Thank you Franz & Guilia - you have created a wonderful themed B & B in the heart of Vomero X

B&B di buon livello, proprietaria gentile e disponbile. Buona la colazione, anche se solo cappuccino e cornetto si fa in un bar-pasticceria convenzionato di ottimo livello. Ottime le dotazioni teconlogiche, con TV wifi e un sistema bluetooth per connettere dispositivi e ascoltare audio in diffuzione nella stanza. L'unica pecca e' l'insonorizzazione, la camera dava sulla via e trattandosi di Napoli e del Vomero il traffico si fa sentire sin dalla mattina presto...

Great stay and location

I like to start with the Hostess, she is amazing! She is really kind to help you out with every question you have. We are from the Netherlands and found it difficult to understand how it works in Italy, luckily the hostess helped us a lot! The room is clean and nice as shown on the pictures. The same goes for the bathroom. It is located near a metro line which makes it really easy to move around Napoli. The airconditioning was great since we were not really used to the hot environment. The breakfast is at a bar near the appartement located at a really sociable location where a lot of people come to hang out. The personnel of the bar are really kind and the place looks luxurious. We had nice croissants and coffee there!
