We enjoyed the property. Unfortunately we had some issues with the front desk. When we checked in she asked did we want a midweek cleaning and would Wednesday between 1-5 work and we agreed. We made a point of being out of the apt and when we returned nothing had been done. They told us we were scheduled for Thurs. Their mistake. We said to just forget it since we were leaving on Sat. Also we scheduled the beach shuttle and received a message that stated the wrong meeting time. The shuttle driver was very kind and let us get on anyway. Their mistake. When we checked out and asked how was our stay my husband politely mentioned both incidences and got NO reply not even an apology. We feel very disappointed in Hyatt and will probably not book with them anywhere again. It kind of spoiled our anniversary trip.

The A/C unit in the room did not work. We communicated with the front desk three times, two by phone one in person. A maintenance guy unclogged the a/c drainage, the equipment worked for some time and stop working again. When we call again, we were offered to bring us fans! The amenities and facility are kept very well, but this experience was was frustrating.

The place was really nice. The amenities such as several pools, jacuzzies, dry and wet saunas, adjacent to golf course, ferry shuttle to a beautiful beach made for a very relaxing time. Just what the doctor ordered. We had some problems with our room, AC in our room broke and needed to be fixed, blow dryer was broken. Lazy river was down for the week. The Concierges seemed reluctant to help at times, as if they were told not to let patrons take advantage. Ex. We missed the shuttle to the island by a minute and the concierge was like oh well your tough luck attitude rather than.... how can I make it happen for you.

The second floor offered a great view. A negative was the terrible noise starting at 7 AM to 8:30 from what appeared to be the cutting of to golf course grass. Not sure what it is but it’s VERY VERY loud & unacceptable at that early hour. Lawn cutting machinery shouldn’t be THAT loud. The 2 bedroom condo was wonderful & very very large. Has everything anyone could want. Kitchen, bathrooms, balcony & living room were very large & well furnished. I would suggest—- it needs a light switch near the bed ——- NOT on the light aside of the bed. It’s not acceptable at night. Overall the condo was excellent!
