The lobby staff were very very nice and helpful. The room overall was clean, it was a bit noisy. The biggest concern was the smell of sewer in the bathroom area. I think they tried to mask it with a nice deodorizer but it was very prevalent. Good area to stay for a night to pick up flight or train but not for a long term stay in Naples.

It was a 5 minute walk from train station. Lobby was a desk in a hallway. Our room was adequate but the bed and pillows were hard like cardboard. Breakfast was adequate, staff were friendly and if you are taking early train or bus to airport it is a good location.

We stayed one night in this hotel and the hotel itself was a pleasant experience. The staff was kind upon our arrival, and arranged a taxi for us to get to the airport at 6am. The room itself was clean, the AC worked, and was newly renovated and comfortable.

The hotel, staff and amenities were excellent. The breakfast they serve is phenomenal, I loved waking up to the smell of fresh bread being baked. The only thing that I would rate lower is the streets were busy and lined with flea market sellers. But other than that, it was a great experience, and I would stay there again.

Dejligt hotel - dog midt pÄ Garibaldi plads og foran hovedbanegÄrden. Meget befÊrdet sted i Napoli- en noget beskidt by. Men et gammelt og tidligere sikkert mondÊnt hotel. Vi fik to smÄ altaner med udsigt til Vesuv. Personalet meget venlige og hjÊlpsomme.

1) Impossible d'avoir des rĂ©ponses aux questions envoyĂ©es par email avant le sĂ©jour. 2) Accueil moyen, Monsieur de l'accueil sympa mais voulait que je paie une 2Ăšme fois ma rĂ©servation alors que c'Ă©tait notĂ© sur le document que je lui ai transmis que tout Ă©tait rĂ©glĂ© sauf la taxe de sĂ©jour qui devait s'Ă©levĂ©e Ă  un montant de CHF 11.46 mais j'ai dĂ» payer 27 € cash... 3) Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait mĂ©diocre, les croissants Ă©taient secs, les serveuses peu accueillantes et ne venaient pas spontanĂ©ment nous demander ce que nous voulions boire, sur les tables les nappes Ă©taient en papier (HĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles) et la salle se situe au sous-sol sans fenĂȘtre. 4) La localisation est pratique au niveau de la gare et des activitĂ©s qui partent souvent de la gare, cependant, cela pue l'urine autour de l'hĂŽtel, Ă©normĂ©ment de sans-abris, sentiment d'insĂ©curitĂ© autour de l'hĂŽtel, un marchĂ© journalier au pied de l'hĂŽtel de produits "tombĂ© du camion" cache l'entrĂ©e du bĂątiment, les abords de l'hĂŽtel sont remplis de dĂ©chets 5) Distributeur Ă  boisson de l'hĂŽtel ne fonctionne pas... 6) Les chambres sont modernes et propres, seul bĂ©mol l'entretien de la douche au niveau du nettoyage (rĂ©sidus de savon jaunis par le temps) RĂ©sumĂ© : HĂŽtel moyen Ă©quivalent Ă  un 2-3 Ă©toiles mais certainement pas un 4 avec des chambres modernes et une localisation douteuse (sĂ©curitĂ©) mais pratique pour les transports en commun
