Room was small but efficiently laid out. AC worked great. Bed was comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly They advertise shuttle service availability but all they do is call a taxi for you Getting to the airport from there cost 25euro

I picked this hotel because they said they had an airport shuttle 24/7 online but they do not. They did call and arrange a cab to pick us up which cost us 25euros.

Reception was dark when i arrived. Found a ROACH in my room. Receptionist didnt care. He said Naples is like this and its not the hotels problem. I told him the maintenance is the hotels problem! He handed me bug spray . I asked for a housekeeper or if he could spray. He said no, he couldnt leave the desk. He really expected me to breathe in that spray in that tiny room while sleeping. When i came down later he was passed out sleeping on the sofa. Worst hotel ever !!!!!

Staff was very helpful and property very well maintained. Rooms are small with limited luggage space but bath well lit!! Great pastry shop right next door and great pizzeria down the street with an extensive, reasonable menu!! Food was fantastic!!!!

The property looks good inside the area no they say locations are nerby thats not true RAPHAEL at the front was very helpful he goes above and beyond well attired intelligently spoken breakfast had many choices but served cold please bear in mind that not a ll cultures eat cold food but overall good
