The good news is the hotel is very clean with comfortable beds and bathroom. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The not so great news is that this hotel is in a very gritty neighborhood near piazza girabaldi but also not sure any neighborhood in Naples is much better. Parking was inconvenient and expensive.

My husband I loved the staff at Hotel Odeon. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel so very welcome. They are professional, courteous, personable, and fun to talk to! Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of foods and beverages.

First I'll start with Google maps. Why ? Because if the picture of an old, shabby place puts you off, forget it, its an old photo.The hotel is very modern, supremely clean and in a great location near the train station. On arrival we were greated by friendly staff who looked after our luggage while the room was ready and took it there. Breakfast is a cold selection of meats, salad, eggs, cheeses and various pastries. Our room was spacious for a city hotel with a large screen tv where you can login to your netflix after a long day. There is a mini bar reasonably priced in the room. The staff were always polite friendly and helpful during our stay.

This is a beautifully renovated hotel. Location was perfect, just around the corner from the train station, with several restaurants around, 5 to 10 minute walk. The manager checked us in, helped with luggage, and showed us to our room. They even helped arrange a taxi for us the next morning. There is an elevator, which was great as we had large luggage instead of our usual carry-on. The complimentary breakfast was also lovely, with a large assortment of items to choose from, not just the typical coffee and baked goods. After an exhausting day of travel, it was lovely to settle into such a nice, new, well equipped room. The outside of the hotel is also renovated, with reserved spot right out front, for drop offs and pick ups. P.S. Google maps shows a unflattering, rough, street view of the front of the hotel, but this is a very old photo, before the renovations. We only stayed one night, before our early flight the following day, but we would definitely stay here again next time we're in Naples.
