Decent hotel. Pretty much the only nice option in Pomigliano if you’re going for work. Front desk staff don’t speak any English so good luck getting help. Restaurant was nice and had new specials every night. Free breakfast is limited.

Somehow our reservation got lost. The front desk was very accommodating. Basically said that the two of us would not be comfortable in the small room anyway. So they gave a large suite with a for the same price.very nice hotel. We stayed just for the night for our return flight. Linguine with lobster was insanely goid in the restaurant.

Great spot outside of Naples

Great spot close to the airport. Bed was comfortable, shower was amazing. Bar had wonderful cocktails and great breakfast in the morning. Parking was available for 6 euros, and they had pulled our car up the morning we left. Would recommend staying here.

A jewel of a hotel

This type of hotel in the US would be called a boutique hotel. And it exceeded the hotels in the US. The staff was absolutely amazing. The owner/manger was fantastic. The breakfast (Felix) and dinner staff was awesome. The cleaning lady always had a smile on her face. It’s a hotel that I will stay at again and one in which you should stay at if you’re anywhere near the area. It was an absolute amazing experience at a jewel of a hotel.

In my entire trip to Naples if there was one good thing it was this hotel and Marco who received me at the front desk. The taxi driver who brought me to the hotel was scheming to cheat me. Marco went out of his way to talk to the Taxi guy, helped me with cash and got me settled in. The rest of the hotel staff also were very good. This is a relatively newer property and has all the basic ameneties we international travellers are used to ( like AC, charging point beside the bed), clean and neat toilettes and bed. I suggest they put in an iron to press shirts in the room. Very good experience with this hotel..

The customer service at the hotel is unmatched!!! If the hotel had a work out room and a pool, I would call this place heaven on earth!!!! Restaurant is great!!! We plan to go back within the year!!!!

We had encountered a problem with our car hire service on arrival in Naples and the staff went out of their way to help us. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms have everything that is needed. The only slight negative is that there is a club opposite the hotel and we found it extremely noisy on our arrival on a Sunday night and this did not finish until very late.

The management of the property were extremely friendly and helpful. Very gracious. 5 star experience. The food in their restaurant is quite good. The restaurant even managed to make a special meal for us out of the menu.

We were welcomed in a professional and courteous manner. The room was spacious with a delightful balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Breakfast tasty and the best macchiato I have ever had A superb location for Pompei too! Enjoy!!

Great service, lovely hotel

Stayed to visit family locally. Very nice hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was nice with good coffee (it is Italy after all). Easy to arrange transfers to the airport which really isn't far, €40 each way which is slightly expensive but hassle free. The hotel even called to check if I needed picked up as I had only arranged to be taken to the airport on leaving (family were getting us on arrival), this was a thoughtful thing to do and was appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again.
