Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The provided WiFi was easy to connect to and super fast. The room and facilities were a little run down and the balcony view was not the best, but it did not ruin my stay, there is plenty to see and do within walking distance. The highlight of the stay was easily the continental breakfast, with a selection of of breads, pastries, meats and cheeses. The coffee was the cherry on top for me!

The hotel is located in the center of Napoli, close to the port. The air conditioning in the room works well. The free WiFi connection is fast. The room window is facing a wall. The bed is quite small and uncomfortable. The room walls are dirty. In the second evening of the stay, there was no hot water in the bathroom for a few hours, due to a problem at the heating system.

The rooms were clean, and staff was nice, please bring cash because they don’t accept credit card for tourists tax fee or pay for breakfast, we requested a queen bed, how the put together two mattresses you either way feel the whole in the middle so is uncomfortable, the street is dirty and not flattering but I will say that is not the only one, price was okay, thanks for the attention and service.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. Very close to a train station and ferry port so very convenient there. Our room was ever so slightly dirty (a hair on the bed and a makeup stain on a towel). Otherwise the hotel was great for our short stay.
