The facility was great including location, historical building and closeness to our excursions. The staff were very helpful and friendly, most accommodating. My only complaint is the bed with 2 mattresses seemed to fall to the middle making it uncomfortable to sleep.

This is one of the most unique hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff were excellent - went way above and beyond when we needed a few documents printed, etc. The breakfast was also very good. This is without a doubt the best hotel in the old town area. Built right into a shopping mall with all kinds of amenities right inside and outside the building. Would definitely recommend. Coolest old elevator ever !!!
