Michelle at front reception was kind, professional and informative. He provided excellent guidance on sights near and far. Good location near to Metro and ferry port . Unfortunately we have not good experiences: toilet flash was not working need to press hard multiple times , door knob not working and they transferred us to new room promised that We will transfer our personal belongings after our tour , sad part they transferred us but they gave our room to another guest . The concierge for night duty scolded me I picked up the wrong key. With all of these I keep on traveling and appreciate the beauty of the world. Enjoy life ..
