We stayed here for just one night before taking a ferry to an island the following day. We stayed in a Premium room on a high floor which was just okay. I would not like to have stayed in a Standard room. The shower was very good and probably the only redeeming feature of an otherwise drab room. The staff were great, particularly the reception staff. They organised a taxi to the port very quickly for us. The buffet breakfast was not to our taste and was low in quality. It was a means to an end for this trip but we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The check in, lobby, and restaurant areas were well kept and looked amazing. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a staff member at the door. At check-in, we were upgraded to a suite at no additional cost which was nice and included the buffet breakfast the next morning. However, that is where the positive things ended. When we got to our room, it smelled very musty. Walking across the carpet in our shoes, we noticed some areas that made noise like we were sticking to the floor. The restaurant in the hotel looked nice but their food was bland and mediocre at best. And the area around the hotel looked like it had been abandoned some time ago since there were no people walking around the area at all. We were going to explore Naples on our last night in Italy and after seeing that, we decided that it was best to stay inside.

Convenient for Airport and good breakfast.

Convenient for airport and metro L1 stop is 5 minutes walk. Taxi drop off is at reception which is best way to get there if late at night, the road area is less than salubrious. Walk to L1 station is from level 2 on a pedestrian area, but none of this appears on Google maps. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Rooms fine but could do with a refresh which I believe is happening. Hotel staff were very helpful when at the hotel but never responded to my Hotels.com enquiry about getting to the hotel.

This hotel is excellent in every way. Everything feels brand new and well maintained, and the on-site restaurants are truly great. The breakfast is outstanding and definitely worth it. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. What made our stay even better was the staff — extremely friendly and helpful throughout. A special thanks to Mimmo, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend this hotel!
