The room was clean except for the floor. The hallways and conference room was insanely cold ... this affected the temperature of the room. Staff was mostly pleasant but I had no help with luggage when arriving in the rain. The covered garage was okay, but the spaces were crazy tight and it made it hard to park even in empty spaces when the hotel was busy. The food at the hotel restaurant (Shula's) was very disappointing. I was given wrong information by the staff multiple times. But the staff was considerate and comped me breakfast for the inconveniences I had to endure. The bathtub was too small so was the hot tub.

The carpeting is in need of cleaning. Heavy staining. Was concerned to walk bear foot. We had to look for the cleaner after she cleaned because items like clean glasses were not left.
