Great hotel. Love how easy it was to walk from the beach to the pool. Everyone was nice. Room was a bit dirty upon checking in though. Had to have January come clean the floor. Was caught off guard about how we had to pay 40.00 a day for parking our car. For the price of the hotel, I think parking the car should be free. Friendly staff. Inconsistent with pool rules. One day you could throw a ball, the next day you couldn’t throw a ball. Beach was so beautiful. Loved how you could get a chair and umbrella included in the hotel fee. We would visit again

I called several days before to get something special set up in the room for my fiance birthday and after they told me yes, they were going to have a scheese board with a bottle of wine set up, I was fine, the day before out check in I called to confirm this request and they kept transfering me from from desk to restaurant services etc... at the end on checking day, nothing was set up. Service was nonexistant, not even bothered to offer to carry our luggage. This is supposed to be a great hotel, but is not, save your money and go to Marco Beach Ocean Suites, cheapet and better costumer service!!!

The beach has a bar cart going around all day, that was convenient. The hot tub was amazing. Live music every night was cool. Breakfast buffet was delicious and the restaurant is nice as well. Everyone was very nice. It’s pricy but worth it considering it’s in one of the nicest places in Florida we’ve visited. Very well maintained area.
